Mighty Milkshake

This is not your ordinary milkshake! It's loaded with fat and calories, making it a perfect snack for the cystic fibrosis diet.
Ingredients:
  • 1 envelope instant breakfast powder, any flavor (NOT sugar free)
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup premium ice cream, any flavor
Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Note: Regular ice cream can be substituted for the premium ice cream but the fat and calorie content will be reduced slightly.
